About The Position

Lexus of Nashville is hiring a full-time Service Valet to welcome guests and support the dealership’s service team. The role offers training and potential for career growth, with starting pay of $17 per hour and an increase to $18 per hour after 90 days. Pay is weekly. The schedule is full-time, with the dealership closed every Sunday and on major holidays.

The valet greets customers, helps direct them to the appropriate service area, and safely moves vehicles through the service process. Duties also include preparing vehicles for service, checking for existing damage, cleaning vehicles, maintaining the lot and service drive, and shuttling customers when requested. Applicants must be at least 19 years old and pass pre-employment checks, including background, motor vehicle record, and drug testing. A valid driver’s license held for at least three years is required.

Requirements

• Must be able to safely drive and park vehicles, including in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate service advisor or area.
• Move customer vehicles to and from service areas safely and efficiently.
• Install protective materials, including seat covers, mats, and steering wheel covers, before service.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and ensure they are returned spotless.
• Lightly vacuum vehicle interiors and run vehicles through the automatic car wash.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lot and service drive area.
• Shuttle customers to and from home or work as requested.
• Assist the service team with general duties and uphold dealership standards.
• Follow safety and security protocols at all times.
