About The Position

Ciocca Ford Lincoln of Lawrenceville is hiring a Ford Certified Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles. The position includes testing vehicles and components with diagnostic tools and special service equipment, estimating time for additional repairs, performing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications, and completing A- and B-level repairs and maintenance. Requirements

At least 2 years of service technician experience.
Ford or ASE certification.
Ford dealership experience.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles.
Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
Provide estimates of the time needed for additional repairs.
Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Perform A- and B-level repairs and service maintenance.

Hourly flat-rate pay, up to $150,000 per year for qualified technicians; guaranteed to pay 10% above current pay level.
