About The Position

Byrider is hiring an Automotive Service Manager at 6018 US-60, Barboursville, WV 25504. The manager will oversee service department operations, lead and develop the automotive service team, maintain a safe and well-stocked shop, drive production and quality, and ensure a high level of customer service. The role offers a salary of up to $70,000 based on experience, additional weekly and monthly bonus opportunities, Monday–Friday hours, full benefits, and training and support.

Requirements

• Automotive Service Manager experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good computer skills.
• Good leadership skills.
• Good customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as an Automotive Store Manager, Independent Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Lead Service Writer/Advisor, Shop Foreman, or Lead Automotive Technician.

Responsibilities
