About The Position

The Automotive Service Manager is responsible for providing advanced automotive services and exceptional customer service. The role provides full leadership of the shop and team, technical assistance and support, daily task assignments, and oversight of shop performance to meet company goals and budgets. The manager is also responsible for staffing and associate development.

Requirements

• ASE A4/A5 certifications, or the ability to obtain them within one year.
• At least one year of management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide full leadership of the shop and team.
• Provide technical assistance and support.
• Assign daily tasks.
• Review shop performance to meet company goals and budgets.
• Oversee staffing and associate development.
• Provide advanced auto services and exceptional customer service.
