About The Position
The Automotive Service Greeter is the welcoming face of the Lexus dealership, greeting and assisting customers as they arrive and helping them navigate dealership services. This role offers an opportunity to learn about different aspects of the automotive industry and potentially grow into a specialized or leadership position. College students are encouraged to apply. The position is based at Lexus West Springfield in West Springfield, Massachusetts, and may require up to 10% travel.
Requirements
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning about and engaging with the automotive industry.
- State inspection certification, or willingness to obtain it.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of how to drive a standard vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Direct customers to the appropriate departments and provide general information about services.
- Perform state inspections and ensure vehicles meet regulatory standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks and documentation as needed.
