About The Position

Entry-level position in the automotive industry. Training will be provided to the right person. Full-time and part-time positions are available. The role supports the service team and helps provide customers with an exceptional service experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Work with assistant service managers to assist with customer write-up, customer updates, and closing repair orders.
• Verify that the completed repair total matches the estimate provided to the customer.
• Help ensure customers have an exceptional service experience.
• Occasionally move cars from the service lane to the shop.
• Deliver customers’ vehicles back to them in the service lane.
• Handle customer payments on occasion.
• Schedule appointments and answer phones.
