About The Position

This entry-level automotive industry position supports the service team and provides customer assistance. The employer will train the right person. Full-time and part-time positions are open.

The Service Greeter works directly with assistant service managers on service write-ups, customer updates, and closing repair orders. The role also involves checking that repair totals match estimates, helping ensure an exceptional customer experience, moving and returning vehicles, occasionally handling customer payments, scheduling appointments, and answering phones.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Work directly with assistant service managers to assist with write-ups, customer updates, and closing repair orders.
• Verify that the total repair meets the estimate provided to the customer.
• Help ensure all customers have an exceptional service experience.
• Occasionally move cars from the service lane to the shop.
• Deliver customers’ vehicles back to them in the service lane.
• Occasionally handle customer payments.
• Schedule appointments and answer phones.
