About The Position
The Automotive Service Greeter is the welcoming face of the Lexus dealership, greeting customers and helping them find the appropriate departments. The role also involves performing state inspections, supporting administrative tasks, and collaborating with team members to enhance the customer experience. It offers an opportunity to learn about dealership operations and explore potential career paths in the automotive industry. The employee regularly sits, stands, walks, handles objects, reaches, talks, and hears. The role may also involve occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting or exerting force up to 25 pounds. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
Requirements
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning about and engaging in the automotive industry.
- State Inspection Certification, or willingness to obtain it.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Knowledge of how to drive a standard vehicle.
