About The Position

Lexus Gwinnett is seeking a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor to provide outstanding service and a premium customer experience in a performance-driven, collaborative setting. The role focuses on helping customers maintain their vehicles, coordinating repair work with technicians, and following manufacturer warranty and customer-satisfaction procedures. Requirements

• At least 1 year of Service Advisor experience.
• Product knowledge.
• Attention to detail.
• Interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CDK, Xtime, and TSD.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously and obtain relevant vehicle information.
• Promote services and build rapport with customers.
• Advise customers about vehicle care and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Prepare and provide complete, accurate repair estimates.
• Establish and communicate repair completion times to customers and technicians.
• Answer incoming service calls.
• Maintain and schedule service appointments.
• Perform customer follow-up according to prescribed procedures to encourage return visits, increase sales, and support strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results.
• Follow manufacturer warranty guidelines and procedures.
• Conduct business honestly and maintain CSI results at or above applicable district, regional, and national goals.
• Comply with applicable laws and company policies concerning protection of customer, company, and manufacturer information, as well as customer vehicles and property.
