About The Position

Casey Chevrolet is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Automotive Service Dispatcher to coordinate workflow between service advisors and technicians, helping the shop operate efficiently and provide timely service to customers. The role dispatches repair orders according to technician skill level and workload, monitors shop workflow and productivity, tracks repair order status, and communicates with advisors, technicians, and management. The dispatcher also writes repair orders for internal shop work and helps maintain an organized, efficient shop environment.

This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Saturday between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. Pay is $50,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive repair terminology.
• Ability to work well with technicians and service advisors.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive dealership or repair shop experience is preferred.
• Experience with dealership management software is a plus.
