Requirements

Previous experience in automotive service consultation or customer service preferred BUT DEFINITELY NOT REQUIRED!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions.
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus.
Proficient in using computers and service management software.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive for service appointments.
Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document service requests.
Provide clear and professional explanations of needed repairs and maintenance to customers.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate service schedules and work closely with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Prepare and review repair orders, including parts, labor, and warranty information.
Communicate any changes in vehicle condition and additional required services to customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services performed.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
