About The Position

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a skilled, customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the link between customers and the service department. The role involves assessing vehicle service needs, preparing repair orders and estimates, and helping ensure customers receive excellent service throughout the repair process. Requirements

At least 1–2 years of Service Advising experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, assess their vehicle concerns, and record their needs.
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer specifications and vehicle history.
Prepare detailed repair orders, including labor and parts estimates, for customer approval.
Communicate inspection results and recommend necessary corrective actions.
Update customers on repair progress, explain costs, and obtain authorization for additional work.
Advise customers on vehicle care, preventative maintenance, and available services.
Schedule service appointments and support a seamless, efficient process.
Address customer concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Coordinate with technicians and ensure vehicles are serviced within the promised timeframe.
Implement quality control processes to minimize errors and support customer satisfaction.
