About The Position

As an Auto Care Advisor, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment helping customers, solving problems, and recommending products and services while balancing multiple priorities. The role is open to people new to automotive as well as experienced professionals, with opportunities to build knowledge, sharpen skills, and grow a career. The position is suited to someone who enjoys a busy environment, working with people, and getting things done.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in a customer-focused role.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in an auto service or mechanical setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their automotive needs, provide guidance, and recommend products and services suited to their vehicles and situations.
• Schedule service appointments, prepare estimates, and explain recommended services, costs, and payment options.
• Promote and sell tires, parts, accessories, and automotive services based on customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of automotive products, services, and basic maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, and battery installation.
• Support Auto Care Center events, promotions, loyalty programs, and other Fleet Farm initiatives.
• Ensure services are completed accurately and to a high standard.
