Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide quality, professional service to customers bringing vehicles in for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
- Build rapport with customers and follow up with them throughout the service process.
- Assist customers in maintaining vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
- Present needed repairs and maintenance in a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and complete all steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
