About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is hiring a full-time Automotive Service Advisor in Lakeland, Florida. The position focuses on delivering positive customer experiences while achieving sales goals. The advisor is the main point of contact between customers and automotive technicians, guides customers through selected services, and explains recommended services, benefits, costs, and product features in an understandable way. Compensation includes base pay plus commission, with the opportunity to earn up to $80,000 per year. ACE is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center that emphasizes fast, friendly, clean, and professional service, teamwork, and a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Previous sales and service advisor experience.
Valid driver's license.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people.
Ability to talk about cars and explain services to customers.
Patience and empathy.
Organization and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer care while working toward sales goals.
Guide customers through the services they have selected.
Serve as the main point of contact between customers and automotive technicians.
Review vehicle service recommendations with customers, including tires, brakes, and other services.
Explain the benefits, costs, and features of products and recommended services clearly.
