About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is hiring a full-time Automotive Service Advisor in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This customer service and sales role guides customers through their selected vehicle services and serves as the main point of contact between customers and automotive technicians. After a service review of the vehicle, the advisor explains recommended services, including tires, brakes, and other maintenance, in an understandable way, including their benefits, costs, and product features. The role focuses on excellent customer care, building trust and repeat business, and achieving sales goals. Compensation includes base pay plus commission, with the opportunity to earn up to $80,000 annually. ACE is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous sales and service advisor experience.
Valid driver's license.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to connect with people, discuss cars, and empathize with customers.
Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized and detail-oriented.
