About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is hiring a full-time Automotive Service Advisor in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The position focuses on customer service and sales in an automotive maintenance center. The advisor serves as the main point of contact between customers and auto technicians, guides customers through selected services, and explains recommended services, benefits, costs, and product features. Compensation includes base pay plus commission, with potential earnings of up to $80,000 per year.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous sales and service advisor experience.
Valid driver's license.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Passion for cars.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to connect with people, listen patiently, and empathize with customers.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through their selected services.
Act as the main point of contact between customers and auto technicians.
Review recommended services, including tires, brakes, and other vehicle needs, and explain them clearly.
Explain service benefits, costs, and product features to help customers make decisions.
Build customer relationships and trust to encourage repeat business.
Work toward sales goals while providing excellent customer care.
