Requirements

• Previous automotive service advising experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and team members
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and creating a welcoming experience
• Listening to customer concerns and documenting vehicle needs accurately
• Recommending maintenance and repair services based on vehicle requirements
• Providing estimates and explaining repairs in a clear, professional manner
• Coordinating repairs with technicians and monitoring progress
• Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
• Ensuring customer satisfaction before, during, and after the visit
• Building long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
• Maintaining accurate records and following dealership processes
