About The Position

Lia Hyundai Hartford is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join its team. The role oversees the drive-lane flow, supports customers throughout their service experience, communicates technician findings and recommendations, and helps coordinate technician workloads. Compensation is $60,000–$125,000+ based on knowledge and production. A sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 may be available based on experience and certifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude and a customer-service mentality.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Clean and valid driver's license.
• Experience as a Service Advisor is sought.

Responsibilities

• Oversee drive-lane flow and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating repair information and technician recommendations.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Ensure technicians' available time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
