About The Position

Burns Hyundai is seeking an active, engaged, customer-focused Service Advisor to serve its established customer base in Mount Laurel and South Jersey and help grow the service business. The advisor will take ownership of customer communication and satisfaction, respond to calls and messages, explain maintenance and repair recommendations, present services professionally, and guide repair orders from write-up through delivery. The role offers an $80,000–$120,000+ earning opportunity, a large existing customer base, strong service traffic, and potential for advancement and increased earnings.
