About The Position

Ciocca Hyundai of Williamsport is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join its team. The role oversees service orders and drive-lane flow, provides customer support, helps ensure technician time is sold efficiently, and coordinates work and answers questions about vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs. The advisor may also assist with diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts and tools. The position is full-time and includes some Saturdays. Pay is commission-based, with potential annual earnings of $40,000–$80,000. Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and drive-lane flow, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person and help ensure customers are handled appropriately.
• Ensure technicians’ available time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts and tools as necessary.
