About The Position
Ciocca Ford Lincoln of Flemington is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated automotive service advisor to join its growing team. The position supports customers and the service department by overseeing service orders and drive-lane flow, providing customer assistance, coordinating technicians’ work, answering vehicle service and repair questions, and assisting with diagnosis and ordering parts and tools. The role is full-time and includes some Saturdays. Commission-based annual earnings potential is $60,000–$85,000.
Requirements
- Consistent record of service and sales success.
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Oversee service orders and drive-lane flow to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person and help ensure customers are handled appropriately.
- Ensure technicians’ available time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts and tools as necessary.
