About The Position

The role supports customers throughout the service process, manages service orders and workflow in the drive lane, and coordinates technician time and work distribution. Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and the flow of the drive lane.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person, ensuring customers are handled appropriately.
• Ensure technicians' available time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts and tools as necessary.
