About The Position
Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail sales and service, is looking for experienced Quality Automotive Service Advisors to work with their Quality Dealership representing their Quality Lexus Product. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer service and enjoy interacting with people throughout the working day. Luxury line experience is a plus. The salary range for this commission-based position is between $6,000-$18,000/month.
Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor experience in a shop setting
- Positive & Friendly Attitude
- Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
- Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
- All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment

- Experience with CDK and Xtime computer programs
