About The Position

Compensation includes a competitive base plus commission, with earnings tied to hours per repair order, sales performance, and customer satisfaction. Weekly pay is provided. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive dealership role with a luxury brand.
Proven ability to sell services and build customer trust.
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations.
Excellent communication and closing skills.
Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license.
Must pass pre-employment background, drug, and motor vehicle record screenings.
