About The Position

Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is hiring a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer for its Easton Honda service team. The role connects customers with service excellence in a fast-paced, team-driven dealership environment. Compensation is salary plus commission/bonus, with income ranging from $50,000 to $85,000+.

The position involves greeting customers, handling service calls and appointments, explaining repair needs and estimates, coordinating work with technicians, and keeping customers informed throughout the service process. The advisor also recommends appropriate maintenance, maintains accurate records, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Prior customer service and/or sales experience is required.
• Strong communication skills; English is required.
• Comfort using computers and learning dealership software.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.
