About The Position

Conklin Automotive Group is seeking enthusiastic, driven Salespersons to connect with customers, understand their automotive needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process. Salespersons help deliver exceptional customer service by providing product knowledge, demonstrating vehicle features, and supporting customers as they consider pricing and financing options. The role also involves building customer relationships, meeting sales goals, following up after sales, and participating in dealership training and professional development.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs.
