About The Position
Conklin Automotive Group is seeking enthusiastic and driven Salespersons to connect with customers, understand their automotive needs, and guide them through the purchasing process. The role contributes to the dealership’s commitment to exceptional customer service and an outstanding customer experience. Salespersons provide product knowledge, demonstrate vehicle features, discuss pricing and financing options, and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. They work toward monthly sales goals and participate in dealership training and professional development.
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with automotive industry trends and products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrate vehicle features.
