About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is hiring Salespeople for its Chevrolet-Cadillac-Buick-GMC-KIA Sales team at Kendall Auto Mall in Nampa. The sales department is a fast-paced environment serving customers from the local community and throughout Idaho. The role is suited to self-motivated, outgoing, charismatic, and determined candidates interested in building a career in sales. Salespeople help customers find and purchase vehicles, build relationships and referrals, and can influence their earnings through their sales performance. Kendall is a family-owned and operated dealership group that has sold and serviced vehicles since 1937, with dealerships in Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Washington, and Alaska. Requirements
- Be willing to work weekend and evening shifts.
- Be able to operate a wide variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, vans, and hybrid models.
- Have a good driving record and a valid driver license.
- Be able to use snow removal tools.
- Be able to perform most duties while standing and/or walking throughout the work shift.
- Be able to lift up to 20 pounds on rare occasions.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients and other sales staff to sell vehicles.
- Greet clients and provide product information.
- Demonstrate vehicles, products, and features to clients.
- Work with management staff to negotiate vehicle prices.
- Use computers, phones, and social networking sites to follow up with active prospects and build rapport, referrals, and future sales.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
- Assist with showroom and vehicle lot displays.
