About The Position

Volkswagen of Puyallup is seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to help customers select new and pre-owned vehicles and deliver an exceptional buying experience. The role focuses on building lasting customer relationships, providing professional vehicle presentations and test drives, and working with management and finance teams to support a smooth purchase. The salesperson maintains customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM, stays current on Volkswagen products, incentives, and inventory, and works toward individual and dealership sales goals. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required; candidates with strong customer service and sales backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
