About The Position

CarGroup Holdings LLC, operating as webuyanycar.com® USA, is hiring an Automotive Sales Representative for its branch in Stow, Ohio. The company provides customers with a fast, safe, and convenient way to sell their vehicles and describes itself as a performance-driven organization that rewards results, develops talent, and promotes from within.

The role focuses on purchasing vehicles directly from customers rather than selling vehicle inventory. The representative conducts car-buying appointments and guides customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from initial evaluation through completed purchase transactions. The position combines sales, customer service, and negotiation in a performance-driven environment, with results affecting earnings and career growth.

Compensation includes a base salary starting at $36,500 per year, performance-based commission opportunities, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus after 180 days. Eligible new hires may receive a paid training stipend during the first 60 days. Applicants previously employed by the company are not eligible for the training stipend or sign-on bonus. The role has a consistent five-day workweek with Sundays off.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently in a branch environment.
• Ability to effectively use computers, iPads, mobile devices, email, web-based applications, and sales systems.
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the workday.
• Ability to regularly inspect vehicles and perform vehicle test drives.
• Ability to regularly bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach while evaluating vehicles.
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move office supplies, equipment, marketing materials, and other business-related items.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Contact vehicle sellers by phone, email, text, and other approved communication channels.
• Conduct car-buying appointments with customers.
• Build rapport, explain the value of the service, and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Inspect and test drive vehicles as part of the purchasing process.
• Negotiate purchase offers and complete vehicle purchase transactions.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up activities.
• Meet or exceed sales and activity goals.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.
