About The Position

Wade Ford is hiring an on-site Automotive Sales Representative in Smyrna, Georgia. The representative presents vehicle information and options to customers, follows up with prospective and previous customers, tracks customers in dealership management systems, and stays current on products and training. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday and most Saturdays, with Sundays off. Compensation is commission-based, listed as $60,000–$100,000+, with guaranteed pay during the first 30 days. Requirements

• Experience in automotive sales, door-to-door sales, or retail sales.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• An acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• High school graduation or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services to customers.
• Follow up with customers in a timely manner and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store-specific management systems.
• Stay current on new products, features, and accessories.
• Attend product and training courses.
