About The Position

Wilde Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring an Automotive Sales Representative for its onsite dealership in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The representative provides a professional, guest-focused dealership experience, learns customers’ needs, presents vehicles and explains features, pricing, and available promotions. The role includes vehicle demonstrations and test drives, customer prospecting and follow-up, appointment scheduling, accurate CRM recordkeeping, and guiding customers through purchase and delivery while maintaining current product knowledge. Pay will be discussed during in-person interviews. The position reports to the Sales Manager and requires open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience.
Comfort building relationships and following up with customers.
Confidence learning vehicle features, products, and sales processes.
An organized approach to customer follow-up, appointments, and CRM activity.
A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide a professional dealership experience.
Learn customer needs and present vehicles, features, pricing, and available promotions.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives.
Build customer relationships through prospecting, follow-up, and scheduled appointments.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the CRM.
Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and delivery process while maintaining current product knowledge.
