About The Position

Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring an Automotive Sales Representative at Elkton CDJR. The role is open to entry-level applicants and experienced sales professionals. New hires receive paid professional training and guaranteed training pay, with advanced coaching available for experienced sales professionals. Compensation is commission and bonus based, with performance-based commissions and unlimited income potential. The position involves helping customers through the vehicle purchase process, presenting vehicle options, and communicating with customers in person, by phone, and online. Requirements

• Positive attitude, confidence, and strong communication skills.

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.
