About The Position

Easton Honda is seeking an entry-level or experienced Automotive Sales Representative. The commission- and bonus-based position offers guaranteed training pay, paid professional training, coaching, and performance-based commissions with unlimited income potential. New hires and experienced sales professionals can develop their skills and pursue career growth across multiple dealership locations. The role involves helping customers explore and purchase vehicles while contributing to a supportive, results-focused team.

Requirements

• Positive attitude, confidence, and strong communication skills.

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
