About The Position

Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring an entry-level or experienced Automotive Sales Representative for Elkton CDJR. The role offers guaranteed training pay, paid professional training and coaching, and performance-based commissions with unlimited income potential. Hertrich is a family-owned dealership group with 24 dealerships, 15 collision centers, and 18 brands across the Delmarva Peninsula. The company supports local charities and offers opportunities for career growth across multiple locations.

The representative builds relationships with customers and guides them through purchasing a vehicle, presenting vehicle options professionally and communicating in person, by phone, and online.
