About The Position

Wade Ford is hiring an on-site Automotive Sales Representative in Smyrna, Georgia. The role involves presenting vehicles and purchase options to customers, following up with prospective and previous customers, maintaining customer relationships, and using store-specific management systems. Representatives keep current on products and features and attend product and training courses. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday and most Saturdays, with Sundays off. Pay is commission-based, listed at $60,000–$100,000, with guaranteed pay for the first 30 days. Applicants must be high school graduates or equivalent and at least 18 years old. Requirements

Experience in automotive sales, door-to-door sales, or retail sales.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivation and the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services to customers.
Follow up with customers in a timely manner and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
Track customers using store-specific management systems.
Keep up to date on new products, features, and accessories.
Attend product and training courses.
