About The Position

Mercedes-Benz of Jackson is hiring an on-site Automotive Sales Representative for a full-time position with Sundays off. The role offers a commission plan with no cap on earnings and reports to the General Sales Manager. The dealership describes a steady flow of customers, training from industry leaders, strong earnings potential, and the opportunity to sell luxury vehicles. The representative presents vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services to customers. The role also involves timely follow-up with customers, maintaining relationships, tracking customer activity in store-specific management systems, and keeping current on products, features, and accessories through product and training courses. Applicants must be high school graduates or equivalent and at least 18 years old. A valid driver's license in the state of residence and an acceptable driving record are required. Requirements

Experience in automotive sales, retail, or direct sales.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Working knowledge of computers.
Self-motivation and the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Acceptable driving record.
Valid driver's license in the state of residence.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
