About The Position

Ciocca Automotive is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated sales professional to join its growing team. The Automotive Sales Manager leads and coaches the sales team, supports customers in selecting vehicles, and helps deliver professional presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles. The role offers a stated annual wage range of $110,000–$140,000, includes some Saturdays, and provides opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Requirements

• Leadership skills and a passion for training fellow employees.
• Customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
• High motivation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coach salespeople on methods for closing deals and mentor them to improve sales performance.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed quotas.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles in a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.
