Wise Auto Group is seeking a high-performing, CRM-focused Automotive Sales Manager who knows how to build a winning sales team, maximize Profit per Vehicle Retailed (PVR), and drive dealership profitability. We are looking for a proven leader who understands that success comes from disciplined CRM management, effective coaching, consistent follow-up, and a relentless focus on performance and gross profit.

Requirements

• Previous automotive dealership sales management experience.
• Demonstrated success improving PVR and overall dealership profitability.
• Strong CRM expertise and lead management skills.
• Proven ability to develop, motivate, and hold a sales team accountable.
• Knowledge of dealership KPIs, desking, negotiations, and closing strategies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize front-end and back-end gross profit and maintain strong PVR.
• Ensure consistent CRM usage, timely lead response, and disciplined follow-up.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and coach sales professionals.
• Monitor appointments, show rates, closing ratios, lead conversion, units sold, and gross profit.
• Manage deal structure, negotiations, and sales process execution.
• Improve inventory turn and support effective vehicle merchandising and pricing.
• Establish clear performance expectations and conduct regular coaching sessions.
• Promote customer satisfaction, repeat business, and a professional sales environment.
