About The Position

Ciocca Automotive is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated sales professional to join its growing team. The Automotive Sales Manager leads and supports the sales staff, coaches employees to improve sales performance, and helps customers select and understand new and used vehicles. The position offers a stated wage range of $110,000–$140,000 and includes some Saturdays.

Requirements

• Previous dealership and management experience is a plus.
• Leadership skills and a passion for training fellow employees.
• Customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coach salespeople on methods for closing deals and mentor them to improve sales performance.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve or exceed quotas.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles professionally and knowledgeably.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.
