About The Position

The Automotive Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff. The store has over 300 units on the ground. We are looking for a dealership Sales Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our sales team at Volkswagen of Salem. This role is a key driver of performance, culture, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous dealership Sales Management experience a plus
• Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
• European/Import vehicle experience, a plus
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• High energy
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activity and training of the sales staff
• Ensure sales people are engaging with customers
• Address and resolve customer concerns
