Requirements

Sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required—if you’re motivated, we’ll train you)
Strong communication and people skills—you know how to connect and build trust
A competitive, goal-oriented mindset—you like winning and don’t settle for average
Drive, hunger, and relentless positivity
A valid driver’s license

Show off the latest tech and features with powerful product demonstrations and test drives

Stay sharp on promotions, financing programs, and inventory updates
Build long-lasting relationships that keep customers coming back again and again
Follow up after the sale to ensure every customer leaves as a raving fan
