Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background and drug screen

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner—online, over the phone, and in person
- Learn each customer’s needs and help match them to the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle
- Lead customers through the sales process including test drives, product presentations, and financing options
- Follow up to ensure complete satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Collaborate with teammates and management to meet and exceed monthly goals
