Requirements
- Are you a PEOPLE person with:
- A magnetic personality that draws customers in
- Experience in Customer Service, Vehicle Sales, Bartending, Serving or Commissioned Sales
- Like to communicate, negotiate and close deals
- Enthusiasm for automotive industry and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license & high school diploma
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process
- Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet your monthly targets
- Maintain detailed customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
