Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Strong organizational skills with thorough follow-up to maintain customer relationships.
  • Possession of a clean and valid driver's license.

  • Automotive sales experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct a needs analysis to identify the desired vehicle make, type, and features.
  • Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or during test drives.
  • Develop skills to effectively overcome customer objections.
  • Research vehicle availability and options using the computer database.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales prices, including tax, trade-in value, fees, and financing or lease options.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.
  • Follow up with customers using the CRM database to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
