Requirements

  • Auto Sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance
  • Self-Starter mentality and ambitious spirit
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable DMV record required
  • Willing to submit pre-employment background check, DMV record, and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of the product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies.
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their responses.
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship and communication with the customer to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Negotiate closure clearly and concisely.
  • Complete all documentation accurately and comprehensively.
  • Stay current on brand promotions, financing options, value-added products, and industry trends.
