Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (automotive, retail, or customer-facing roles)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles
- Build relationships and deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers
- Work with management to close deals and achieve sales targets
