CJDR Bloomington is growing its Sales Team and hiring multiple Automotive Sales Consultants. This role is ideal for individuals with strong people skills and a competitive drive looking to build a high-earning career. The dealership provides comprehensive training, a large inventory, support, and earning opportunities for both experienced automotive salespeople and those new to the industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget
• Build relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and delivery process
• Follow up with customers to build repeat and referral business
• Learn our inventory, vehicle features, and automotive technology
• Work alongside sales leadership and other dealership departments to create a seamless customer experience
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training
