Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help identify their vehicle needs
- Present new and pre-owned vehicles
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Build relationships with customers
- Follow up by phone, text, and email
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and vehicle features
- Work closely with sales management and finance to complete purchases
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience before, during, and after the sale
